Reelcraft Limited Warranty Policy

I. Quality Assurance
Ensure that the goods are brand-new, and the materials used to make the products conform to the national or industrial standards. If you have signed a technical agreement with our company, please refer to the technical agreement for the reel.
II. Warranty Policy
1.Reelcraft now offers a two-year limited warranty for standard products (excluding hoses and cables) from date of shipment when properly installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with the recommendation of Reelcraft and the manual of instructions. Reelcraft makes no other warranty as to the quality of the product caused by incorrect installation or maintenance. Normal wear and tear are not considered a defect in material or workmanship.
2.For custom products,Reelcraft promises a one-year warranty from the date of delivery (excluding hoses and cables). Products manufactured according to customer requirements and products not on the Reelcraft Catalog are considered custom products. Non-standard custom products cannot be cancelled or refunded in advance under any circumstances. Reelcraft reserves the right to modify design or alter size to improve product performance.
3.Equipment, products, components, and hoses not manufactured by Reelcraft (purchased from other brands) are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. Hose and cable are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 6 months. Reelcraft will assist the customer with claims, but Reelcraft will have no further liability if the original manufacturer rejects the warranty claim.
4.If the customer has purchased the Reetech reel but cannot provide the factory label, it is considered as over-warranty.
III. Return Policy
For the products with quality complaints, please return the products to Reelcraft, and the Quality Department will inspect and judge the products. According to the inspection results and warranty policy, the products will be repaired for a fee or replaced the prats free of charge.
