FEATURES

Series 80000 & D80000 are designed for hoses with inner diameters of 10mm, 13mm, 19mm, and 25mm, capable of transferring air, water, and grease. Utilizing innovative design and manufacturing technologies, these reels ensure long-term, trouble-free operation. Featuring all-carbon steel construction with baked powder coating for superior corrosion resistance, they incorporate swivel joints with ball bearing mechanisms and full-flow, zero-pressure-loss rotation designs, making them ideal for heavy-duty industrial applications.
The dual-base pedestal and guide arm design have been structurally reinforced.
• The five-in-one heat-treated aluminum casting integrates the spindle, ratchet mechanism, spring mandrel, and inlet/outlet piping into a single casting.
• The containerized spring assembly enables safer and easier operation during maintenance.
• Two sealed ball bearings ensure smooth spindle rotation.
